This week In 5b we have been learning about William Shakespeare’s lost years. There is a time in history where nobody is really sure where he was or what he was doing! The children have been writing fantastic narratives about what they think may have happened to him. Some of the suggestions were: he became a sailor, he wrote more plays, he became a glove maker or he became or performer for a rich family! What do you think happened to him?
On Wednesday afternoon, Year 5 went to Hans Price Academy where we took part in a fantastic sports event. We had lots of stations to complete different sports and were taught by the Year 11s. Our coaches were really friendly and we had an excellent time – even if we did get a little wet walking back in the rain!
We hope everyone has a lovely weekend,
