What a busy week!

This week in Seals class we have been busy bees. We had a special visitor from the Royal Horticultural Society her name was Merryn.

“She helped us build our bug house”, says Tayah-Mai.

We collected wood and leaves and built a bug hotel so that we can investigate and care for insects. Our bug hotel even had a water slide!

Brooke says “I found a wiggly worm”.

“We had snails”, said Roxy.

We then went outside with our clipboards and a chart and ticked off any bugs we could find.

We also celebrated Navratri which is a Hindu festival.

Tygan remembered that the people wore bright colours. “They made colourful gods and prayed” recalls Callum.
