Isn’t the holiday going quickly?
Ted spent a lot of time this week painting the house and weeding the garden!
On Wednesday, he went to Tintagel for the day. Tintagel is in Cornwall and the beautiful ruins of a castle stand on the cliffs, looking over the sea. It is here that King Arthur was supposed to be born.
After leaving the castle, Ted visited the Old Post Office.
From there, he went to have lunch in Launceston, a small town nearby. There is a castle there so he couldn’t resist visiting that too!
On Sunday, Ted went to Southsea to celebrate a 70th birthday! Lots of fish and chips- and another castle!
