We can’t believe that we are at the end of term already!
As you know, year 3 and 4 produced a fantastic production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream last week. The Shakespeare adaptation was performed as a ‘theatre in the round’ where the audience was encouraged to bring cushions and blankets to sit on and enjoy the production. Thank you to everyone who came to support us. It meant a lot! A raffle was held in celebration assembly to raise money for future productions.
We have been working hard on our spelling and grammar this week too. We’ve also studied newspaper headlines and created our own.
Lastly, we drew a story map of the Easter story.
In maths, we have been looking at adding and subtracting money and finding change – a good lifeskill.
Thank you to all the parents that came in to our open morning today and helped us with Easter crafts.
Have a lovely holiday and enjoy the sun.
