Hello from 4A

On Monday we learnt all about Tanabata which is a Japanese festival that is celebrated on the seventh day of the seventh month. We spent the day making lanterns, moon cake, star wishes, we wrote our names in Japanese we also visited rthe star dome where we seen the moon and lots of stars. At the end of the day we had flappy fish races and Caitlin T was our overall champion.

In English we have been reading Tales Told in Tents these are short tales from other countries. So far the stories we have read are tales about creation, we have had lots of fun activities to do with the tails.
