Amazing Arts week!

This week has been Arts week here at BPS.  After an amazing start with our Greek extravaganza, we have continued the Greek Theme.  During the week we created a giant Hydra sculpture to Wow visitors in the arts exhibition on Thursday.  We have also been involved with a spectacular installation in the Year 6 corridor.  A inspirations mural.  Ten iconic figures from modern and past history have been drawn and painted onto our corridor wall.  It is absolutely AMAZING!  There are a couple of other well known faces there too, can you guess who they are?

We also saw 4bs fantastic Opera on Thursday.  It was fantastic and we heard the beautiful singing and production that has been planned by this very talented class.

The week culminated with a Native American day.  We have made head dresses in the traditional style and Totem poles.   Have a look at the photos from this spectacular week!
