6b celebrated Children in Need in style!

It started as soon as we got into class this morning, when we heard Mr Matthews being interviewed live on BBC Bristol radio. He was telling the whole of Bristol how we’d all dressed up as superheroes but he wouldn’t reveal to the radio what hero he was!

In celebration assembly we heard a story about how Turn Up Ted had saved the day and he was wearing his own superman costume.

Then this afternoon we had five Year 6 children from Milton Park join us to create our amazing colourful masks in readiness for our whole school big parade at 2.30pm. Some children for Bournville went to spend the afternoon with other schools. Tania, who was the lucky child in our class, visited Windwhistle to join in their celebrations.

We hope you enjoy watching Children in Need this evening.IMG_2773 IMG_2764 IMG_2765 IMG_2766 IMG_2767 IMG_2768 IMG_2769 IMG_2770 IMG_2771 IMG_2772
