With our opera plot decided, it was time to start thinking about character costumes. A big thank you to the parents who were able to come into school on Friday and help with this task. We enjoyed having you with us.
We also constructed 3d sculptures based on a theme word. After, our groups looked at the other sculptures and we tried to decide which theme word went with which sculpture. We were all very good at it. So good that Mrs Paddon suspects some cheating went on!
Here are some photos of the sculptures. Can you tell which one represents ‘transformation’?
We have started our new text, Iron Man, and already have lots of questions we would like answered about him. Where did he come from? Why do his eyes change colour?
In maths we have been solving problems which involve odd/even, < > and multiples. We are pretty good at each of them individually but when the clues involve all of them it gets trickier! Venn diagrams have been useful for sorting some of the numbers.
On Wednesday, Imogen and Lukas competed in a cross country event. Bournville came first so we are all very proud of the whole team.
